Recognizing and responding to our call within the universal Catholic faith, we come together as a community centered on the experience of Christ, serving God through our actions while bearing witness to others as we grow in our awareness and understanding of our relationship with Christ.
The Catholic Campus Ministry hosts several
opportunities for participation in Catholic liturgy at JMU. Some of these are:
- Mass- We have three Masses every Sunday- see homepage for
times/places.
- Folk Group - be a part of the music at Mass! Interested?
- Evening Prayer - a weekly student-led prayer at 9 p.m. every Wednesday night
at the CCM house.
- Morning Prayer- There are daily celebrations of the liturgy of
the hours. See the calendar for times.
- Weekday Mass - Every Thursday afternoon at 4pm we have
daily Mass offered at the CCM house.
- Bible Study - Get to know the scriptures better in an informal
